Spreadsheets in the Classroom

Spreadsheets can be used in the classroom by teaching students how to keep track of their grades.  When there is an assignment, tell the students how much that assignment is worth and then how many points they have earned.  Then, the students can record and update their grades to see how they are progressing in the class.
