History of Technology in Education

Text Box: Historical Event #1 1944 the GI Bill of Rights was passed.  The GI Bill was created to provide better opportunities to returning war veterans of World War II.  It provided the returning veterans with federal aid to help them adjust to daily life.  It focused on hospitalization, purchase of homes, businesses, and education.  It allowed vets to have a free college education if they passed the admission requirements.
