Visual Learning Techniques

In order to create this graphic I used the program Inspiration 7.5.  Our class began by brainstorming our ideas about how technology enhances learning.  We were then given seven subtopics to work from.  Some examples of these subtopics were communication, teacher productivity, student motivation, etc.  Lastly, we worked as a class and independently to come up with ways technology enhances learning through each of the subtopics.

Inspiration is a very useful program for creating organizers.  This program allows you to create diagrams using many colors, symbols, and pictures.  Inspiration also allows you to link ideas with arrows, which assists in creating timelines and connecting ideas.  Symbols created in Inspiration can be arranged in a large variety of ways allowing the author to have lots of flexibility in creativity.  Having information organized visually helps a lot of students organize their thoughts.
