check advance
My parents have been trouble lately dealing with the housing crisis. They are among two groups of people that have had a hard time dealing with the problems of our economy lately. The are both retired people and so for the past five years or so they have not been working. Rightly so as they are not in the best of health conditions at this point in their lives. So in this respect they are not the best people to have to be dealing with quick economic changes that directly affect them. When they retired my father got a big check for his pension from the company he worked for for the last thirty-five years. When they got this initial supplement of money they decided that they were going to retire to a new home. They had a really amazing home built in the woods not to far from where our old home had been. Unfortunately for them they were sort of suckered in to one of these sub-prime mortgages because they were paying for the house mostly with the retirement funds given to them by the company.
Fast forward to a year ago and the situation had changed dramatically. There is an experiment where if you slowly heat up a frog in water from very cold to boiling that it will just stay until it dies. This what seemed to be the case with my parents' mortgage payments. They slowly crept from a reasonable amount up to a level so high that they couldn't afford to pay anymore. At first they began by getting a cash advance every month until my father could get his social security check and pay it off. Then he was asking for a check advance to be able to make the rest of the bills on time. This was only a short term solution to a long term problem, but they could not see any other way to survive what was going on. About four months ago they had to sell the house and the took a lot of their debt with them. Now my father does work a part-time job on a cleaning crew for banks in the area and still has to take a monthly payday advance for the mortgage he doesn't own. This whole thing is just insanity to me.

murder mystery
This is my first year staying in town over the summer since my parents are in Europe for the whole time. I will see them the last week before I go back for fall classes but until then I am sort of on my own. The first couple of weeks were sort of difficult because every single one of my friends had left town and I was left to just work and find things to do with my time. I am a restless sort of person so I couldn't have taken this for very long before I would have just hit the road in search of wherever. My complete boredom and increasing loneliness led me to seek out some entertainment here in town. My search took about a week before I found anything but then I realized that our school has a lot of activates here over the summer. Apparently there are a lot of kids who are stuck in the same situation as I am and they alleviate this issue by getting together for various events. I started hanging out with them on their weekly coffee shop date where they all get together and just do whatever has been planned. This time I was excited because it was a poetry read. I love to write and so even though I had never met any of them before I read three of my poems that night, more than anyone else. Since then I have been to a bunch of their parties and this weekend we went on a camping trip which was really amazing since I had never really been able to explore that aspect of the area. Now I am becoming more active in the planning of events and I have taken my love of writing, specifically the murder mystery genre, to the next level. I am planning a murder mystery party in which we will all have to dress up as characters of our favorite murder mystery novel and then we will act out a plot that I will narrate through cues and clues around town. I think that it's going to be a really great time. So if you are bored out there with nothing to do but work, look us up.

Pay Per Click management and SEO companies
Choosing the right company to assist you with search engine optimization is important. I began my own website and I knew about SEO services and that every good website must have a company to provide this service for them. This is the way that your company gets noticed and higher up in the search results. I knew that I needed a company to help me with this, so I went online to find myself a reputable company. The price was reasonable, not the cheapest, I was leery to go with any company that's price was too low. So I landed with a company and let's just say that my experience was not good. I didn't realize all the things that could go wrong with picking the wrong company to provide this service. I initially hired an unsavory company with many bad business practices. I didn't mean to do it, but I have since learned some of the ins and outs to this business and I have learned the things to look for in an SEO management company that could indicate that they are using some illegal business practices and according to the law if you hire them, you too can be held liable for their actions. The following are some questions to ask prior to hiring on a company.
Some useful questions to ask an SEO include:
" Can you show me examples of your previous work and share some success stories?
" Do you follow the Google Webmaster Guidelines?
" Do you offer any online marketing services to complement your organic search business?
" What kind of results do you expect to see, and in what timeframe?
" What's your experience in my industry?
" How long have you been in business?
I asked these questions and found myself a new SEO company that practices legally and has been getting me so great exposure. In addition to the SEO services they are also providing me with PPC Management (pay per click management). Their PPC management services are awesome. Now my website is finally taking off, and legally, if I may boast. My sales figures are going up daily. And if any one tells you that SEO and PPC are unnecessary expenses for your business, don't listen, without these services your great grandchildren may be running the business before you see your sales improve.

promotional items
Even though it's still the middle of the summer things are getting pretty busy around here. Now that we know that Barrack Obama is the candidate for the Democratic party it is time for the student democrats to take action. Those of us who are still left around here attending classes and working are now ready to really jump in and get things moving. I think that with the nomination season ending at such a late point we are at a great advantage because we don't have to wait around for things to start heating up. Listening to any news program or political discussion it is just as exciting as it was months ago. Around here we are trying to get the office fully functioning to support his campaign and spread his message to those who are undecided or uninformed about the issues.
My job at the moment is the promotional end of the campaign. I have been communicating with a web site about various promotional items such as labeled pens, t-shirts, and mugs. All of the products we are buying are also environmentally friendly and will be sold or given away at various events we hold in the next few months. We don't have any events besides flyering during the summer but when fall rolls around we are going to hit the student population in force to get people on board. We would prefer that people vote for Barrack but the bigger more altruistic goal is to get everyone involved in the democratic process. The more people we can get involved now, there more will continue to vote for the rest of their lives. If we can get students to be interested and feel confident in the democratic process then our jobs have really been done well, no matter who they vote for come November.
Soon we will be up to our necks in students and debates and I for one am extremely excited for that time. Right now we just have to be patient and make sure we plan for a successful campaign and vote in November. I hope to turn this experience I am gaining in to something more later when I find the area of politics I want to jump in to

promotional products
Being in a sorority, I know a lot about getting the word out there. We are one of the biggest social sororities on campus and during recruitment time we are on our game. Every single one of use is decked out in our sororities letters, from t-shirts to hair ribbons to the bags we carry every day to class to flip flops with our colors. We know how to get attention and we use it to our best advantage. One way to get girls to join before recruitment is similar to a business's promotional products. We have business cards and customized fliers to get our names out. We have pens and paper with our colors on it and key chains of our letters. When I was a freshman trying to decide which sorority I wanted to join, I noticed how much the particular sorority I ended up joining showed their colors and 'advertised themselves'. It was a lot like business. It's sad to say, but the more stuff you see (and sorority clothing, ribbons and bags are so cute and addicting), the more you like it and feel like home. Seeing those letters all over campus made me think more and more that I wanted to be a part of that group. I had also heard that when we get initiated we get a ton of stuff with the letters on it too which made me even more excited. But the bottom line is, people like stuff. Whether is a promotional items like a pen from a bank or a mouse pad of a certain pop band or even a hoodie with a sororities letters, you feel like you belong when you have these things. Promotional products can really reel you in sometimes. From a free hand soap when you buy a 50 dollars worth at a bath store to green and white ribbons for a sorority, it's all the same. You belong to that and you feel like you should keep coming back, like you are one of them and are wanted in the future.
I know being in a sorority is sometimes looked down on. A lot of people don't understand what it is all about or just see the stereotypes, but it is a lot like the real world. We learn a lot, we network a lot and we represent a small business that, like any other business needs to promote itself, and we do it well.

flowers
Florists have to deal with many different customers for many different occasions and they must be tactful and professional. I would imagine dealing with one customer who is sending flowers for a birthday, with balloons and a teddy bear, to dealing with a grieving widow who just lost her husband and is trying to pick the perfect arrangement for her to say goodbye with, just seems like an amazingly difficult task. Switching modes from client to client must really have its challenges, and also meeting their needs for each occasion and on each person's individual budget. Choosing the right flowers and accessories to make the correct impression is probably most challenging of all.
I like to send flowers to people, accept when we have to send flowers for a funeral. Needless to say, I don't like to send flowers then, but I know that it is necessary and usually is very much appreciated by the person's family in their time of grieving. I know that the one time my brother and I sent a flower arrangement when a friend of my father's died suddenly, we had always called him uncle and so it just seemed fitting to send an arrangement with a banner that said beloved uncle on it. Well, apparently my aunt was very comforted by the fact that we thought enough to send such a loving arrangement to him, since we were actually not really related at all.
These are some of the reasons that florists are so important, they can provide comfort to a loved one in their time of need, and they can let someone know that we are thinking about them and that we care. I know most people have not really thought about the level of importance of this position in our society, however if you truly look at it there are flowers in many of the important events in our lives. We receive flowers when a child is born, when we get married, and when we die. Those are 3 pretty big transitions in which flowers play an integral part. In addition to that you will most likely receive flowers, when you get engaged, when you get ill, when you celebrate a special birthday or anniversary, and pretty much any time that anything extra special occurs.
Flowers and florists are an important part of our society and part of our culture.

debt
Credit card debt, personal loans, and medical expenses - you're struggling to stay afloat, but it feels like the tide is pulling you under. Whether an injury brought high medical bills or your diploma hasn't yet led to a job, being financially overextended hurts. Where do you turn for debt help? Credit counseling, avoidance, and even bankruptcy may seem like the answer at first. But are they right for you?
Think about where you want to be. Are these the things that you are looking for?
" Get out of debt and avoid bankruptcy
" See a large percentage of your debt negotiated away
" Reduce harassing calls from creditors
" Achieve financial independence and adopt a healthier financial lifestyle
If they are than debt consolidation may be right for you. Debt consolidation is the process of putting all your bills together into one low monthly payment that you can afford. By doing this, you will not only put a stop to those harassing phone calls, but you will also reduce the total amount due, lower your interest rate, and over time rebuild your credit so that you can avoid bankruptcy and eventually be able to purchase the house or car of your dreams.
There are some simple things that you can do to determine if this step is the right one for you.
1. Get copies of your credit report - there are 3 major companies and you must look at all 3 reports to get a full view of what others see when they pull your credit. You can't deal with what you don't know.
2. If you are at the point of receiving the harassing phone calls, then you are past the point of being ready to take this step, do it.
3. If you have more debt than the amount of one month's salary, then you are in over your head.
4. If you have so many cards and bills that just keeping track of payments and bill due dates have become difficult, well then debt consolidation is what you need.
If you feel that you are need of debt consolidation assistance, or if you are still not sure, then by all means go ahead and contact a debt consolidation company. They will sit down and go over everything with you and let you know what your options are and what the best path for you is. Debt consolidation will take some time, and you may want to get all your expenses together and all your income information together, so that when you sit down to talk with them, you will be able to see everything in black and white, or red as the case may be.

debt consolidation
This morning I went in to talk to my financial aid officer for what I thought was going to be the last time. I went in to confirm my financial aid status because my partner and I had our son three months ago. When I originally filed it we hadn't had him yet so I didn't list him. When I went in there today I wanted to just let her know that we needed to include him in my financial aid consideration. When I told her about that she said it was fine and that because of him I would get the maximum possible loans if I need them. I think I will be taking all of the aid I can get just to make sure everything works after school ends. While I was in the office she also brought up something I didn't think I would have to consider with a year of college left. She asked me if I had ever thought about personal ways to eliminate debt. I told her I hadn't and by the way she said it I think she may have been a bit surprised by my lack of financial attentiveness. I don't mind though I mean I have been so busy with school and having the baby that I don't have time to really think any farther ahead than the next work schedule I have to write up. So when she started running me through various sets of scenarios for my own debt consolidation I was not really surprised that I couldn't seem to fit in to any one quite yet. I think I walked out of that meeting a lot more confused about the future than when I walked in. I thought that these things sort of just worked themselves out when you went out in to the workforce and started paying off loans and all the other bills. I was quite wrong. Now I have a lot of thinking and considering to do about one more issue. Debt consolidators. Though I think that this is a little more pressing than some of the things that manage to steal my attention away from what is really important.

logo merchandise
All summer long our college is devoid of most of the student population. The only people left here are those who don't have money to leave, those who are taking classes, and those with jobs here. I am one of those trying to learn in this heat and I have never stayed here during the summer before t his year. One thing I have noticed about this observation is is that there is also another population that is a bit more transient and not quite as stable as the other three.
All summer long our school hosts kids sports camps and various conferences. Now that I have looked into it I realize that there are camps every single week for every sports imaginable and there is also a conference every week. That is why when I walk around this summer I see many more high school kids than usual and every adult it seems is dressed to impress. After discovering the schedule of these types of events I decided to try some of them out just for fun.
The sports camps offered here are a bit too expensive and I am too old, but the trade shows and job fairs are perfect. I went to my first trade show last week at the sports stadium. I was dressed like I normally am so that these recruiters would try to get to me first; they like students the best. I walked around that hall for hours talking to people about various jobs in electronics and collecting the promotional gifts. I think I must have gotten promotional products from every single booth. Next time I think I will bring a shopping cart for all for the tradeshow giveaway items. Now my wardrobe is stocked full of logo merchandise of companies I will never work for.
While I was there I tried not to give off too much information because if they were to talk technical at all I would have no idea what they were talking about. I am a liberal arts major who has never even seen the inside of his computer let alone a technology expert.

novelties
Having a really cool party takes a lot of planning. I have found that themed parties are the best because it gives you a base to start with. Then you can find items that coincide with your theme and it can be a real blast rounding up all the items. Many people shop at party stores, but many times there items are way too pricey than items you can pick up at a novelty store for much less. Novelties make neat party favors and decorations because they are different from anyone else's stuff. When ever I have a party I like to throw in some bizarre balloons and light up items for a festive and crazy appearance. People seem to really like the idea of the strange and unusual items I display at my parties, and quite honestly, I have gotten requests from people I barely know to invite them to my next bash.
It has really gotten out of control and I couldn't really understand what the big fuss was about, I just decorate with the things I really like and try to make the party as much fun as possible. Then one day I got invited to a party by a guy in one of my classes. Well, I went with a buddy of mine, and quite honestly it was boring. All the regular old boring party decorations and nothing to do but listen to music, talk and eat. I was a little confused as to why things just never picked up. Don't get me wrong, there were a lot of people there and even some hot girls, but the party just seemed to fizzle.
I thought to myself, this would never happen at one of my parties. No wonder everyone is dying to be invited to one of my theme parties. I usually have people dress bizarrely and I try to come up with fun activities that get people interacting with each other. I always have the karaoke machine set up; just in case things fizzle you can always find at least one person who thinks that they are a singer once they have a few beers. Then they provide the entertainment for me. I guess throwing a really good party is really an art, and judging by what I have seen not too many people have mastered it in the way that I have.

credit report
Recently I have been looking into managing my credit better, and these are some of the tips that I found online that I thought were the most helpful:
How do you know if you have a credit card debt problem?
You know if you have a credit card problem if you owe more than you can pay off in sixty days. That's too much debt to have on a credit card. And if you have trouble paying your credit card bills, you have a problem. If you use your credit cards out of need instead of convenience, you have a problem.
What are the three most important tips to managing credit card debt?
1. If you can't afford to pay cash, don't charge it. Credit cards are primarily for convenience, not a way to finance your life.
2. Never charge more than you can pay off in a sixty day period.
3. Never be late. You signed a contract with your credit card company that you would pay on time. If you break that contract, your interest rate can explode. It's the interest that will bite you in the butt in the long run.
What are some important tricks to staying out of debt?
Simply paying down your credit card debt is not enough to enhance your credit rating in the eyes of banks and lenders. You must stay debt-free in order to improve your credit history and qualify for better loan interest rates and deals in the future.
" Close credit card accounts that you will no longer be using. Simply cutting up the cards and not using them does not close the account and only makes fraud easier.
" Pay for most items with cash. If you don't use the credit cards at all, you won't risk getting back into debt.
" Pay credit card bills off in their entirety. Leaving balances to roll over to following months only adds interest payments to already hefty bills, making the balance even higher the next month.
" Examine your monthly statements thoroughly to detect signs of unauthorized use and fraudulent charges immediately. The sooner you are able to put a stop to such activity, the better your chances of recovering from the incident.
In short be sure to get a copy of your credit report so you can keep an eye on your debt. If you have recently been declined for a card, you can get a free credit report. Then if you think that you are in trouble take steps now toward credit repair before things get out of control. Then you will not need to worry about credit repair

matchmaking site
We are of a very interesting generation that people are going to look back on and see where some things began and others came to an end. Today we can look back on other generations and see what they had to go through and think of of what it must have been like to grow up in such a climate or during such events. In the last hundred years we have seen many wars and many changes. We have seen the harnessing of flight and the energy of the atom. All of these things fell before the emergence of my generation and exist as these amazing stories that happened long ago before our parents were born. What has happened in our generation that we take as something normal and plain is would have seemed insane to our ancestors living those wild stories of the turn of the century.
The advances in technology, especially the internet, have changed the way we live our lives and really exists as the biggest development in our lives that will be our generation's milestone. We have all grown up from being very young to where we are today as the internet has developed along side of us. The world of the web has really gone from being this silly little utility we used as kids to practice numbers in school to encompassing all of our lives. The internet has quickly been overtaking all aspects of life from entertainment all the way through dating. The phenomenon of the matchmaking site is actually something that deserves a little bit of attention. This is a big part of what we have come to feel as part of our zeitgeist. Now in our time we have seen the emergence of this whole other world where business happens and where singles can look at personals and meet the people of their dreams in a matter of days for relatively cheap. Our lives have grown along side this technology and will continue to do so in an ever deepening relationship that depends upon our willingness to submit to impressionability. Wherever it goes from here we can all agree that we will look back and tell our grandchildren that we were there when the world went digital.
