Rolled Christmas Sugar Cookies

• 1 Basic Christmas Cookie Recipe Mix

• 1 Large egg

• 1 tsp Vanilla extract

1. Preheat oven to 350F.  Lightly grease 2 backing sheets.

2. In large bowl of electric mixer, combine ingredients: at low speed, beat until mixture forms dough

3. Divide dough into thirds. 

4. Working with one third at a time, on a lightly floured work surface, roll out dough to 1/8" thick, cut out 3" cookies cutters.

5. Transfer to prepare backing sheets.

6. Back 8 min or until golden.

7. Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool; if desired, decorate with icing, candies and colored sugars.

                    *Makes 3 dozen*
