The
Art of Christo & Jeanne-Claude
This is an Annotated Bibliography
on the works and lives of the artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude by
Towson University student Janice Crum

The art of Christo and Jeanne-Claude is known worldwide. Their
large scale environmental art is meant to broaden peoples perception of
their own surroundings. Often using fabric in expansive
landscapes, Christo has created an art which no one yet has
emulated. These bibliographical sources below provide detailed
accounts of the processes he goes through to create the art that he is
known so well for. Many of the resouces contain images of their
works and give an introspective view of how their work is
accomplished.
