teachers and students of all grades. It offers pre-made multimedia lesson
plans, as well as NCTM guidelines for teaching math. For students it
offers interactive and informative activities on math concepts for grades K-12.

A website sponsored by Office Depot offering supplies for teachers at all
grade levels such as art paper, globes, and even playground equipment. It
also provides products for students and parents who visit the
website.
National Education Association
The National Education Association's website provides all teachers with a
plethora of information on such topics as education rallies, education-related
news events, and information for future teachers. It gives updated
information on current educational concerns such as vouchers, school safety, and
class size. Finally, it offers the option to read about good things in the
user's local school district.

A website designed for K-12 mathematics teachers. Allows teachers to
talk and share ideas and lesson plans. Also gives teachers a place to have
their questions answered. Finally, it presents many ideas or examples of
projects or math enrichment activities.

State of Maryland's home for news about public and non-public schools,
educational programs, and data on teaching standards, early learning, programs,
and special education and technology standards. Great resources for
parents and teachers alike.
International Society for
Technology in Education
ISTE is a nonprofit professional organization promoting the appropriate use of
educational technology in K-12. The site serves as a guidance to
integrating technology. Members receive several benefits such as discounts
on books and subscriptions to educational periodicals. Membership is not
free. Many links to educational resource websites are also
provided.
Guide to School Improvement
in Maryland
This website is a guide for parents and teachers on how Maryland is
improving school performance. There are guides for understanding how data
is analyzed, as well as what the current state education standards are and how
to interpret them. It also keeps updated material on new education
programs, such as the High School Assessment.

country. There is also a resume' bank where teachers can upload their
resume's for employers to view them. The resume' bank is also great for
employers who want to put up ads for teachers. Finally, there are many
